Key Responsibilities

Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles.

Qualifications

Knowledge of general home repair techniques (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting).
Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders when needed.
