We are opening a brand-new Roswell location and are looking for kitchen team members and breakfast chefs who are excited to help build something from the ground up. This location will feature an expanded food program alongside coffee, specialty drinks, and craft cocktails, creating a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with room to grow.

About the Role As a Breakfast Chef / Kitchen Team Member, you’ll prepare and serve a variety of breakfast and lunch items while maintaining high standards for quality, cleanliness, and consistency. You’ll work closely with both the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to deliver a smooth, positive guest experience during busy service periods.
This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and perfect for someone who takes pride in their food and thrives in an energetic environment.
We strongly believe in cross‑training — team members have opportunities to learn multiple stations and grow within the company.
What You’ll Be Doing
Prepare and execute made‑to‑order breakfast and lunch items (breakfast sandwiches, eggs, toast, bowls, salads, baked goods, and more)
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation at all times
Follow all recipes, food safety, and sanitation standards
Work efficiently during high‑volume service while maintaining quality
Assist with prep, dishwashing, restocking, and inventory for your station
Communicate clearly with FOH and BOH teams to support service flow
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Take pride in producing a consistent, high‑quality product every time
Support the overall guest experience through teamwork and positivity
Ideal Candidate
Has a genuine interest in cooking and food preparation
Understands the importance of food safety and cleanliness
Works well under pressure and maintains composure during rushes
Moves with a sense of urgency while staying organized
Has strong attention to detail and pride in their work
Enjoys being part of a collaborative, team‑focused environment
Requirements
Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or BOH role (preferred)
Hands‑on experience with basic cooking, prep, and knife skills
Knowledge of sanitation and food safety practices
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and some holidays
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to stand, bend, walk, and move for extended periods
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Willingness to continue learning food, beverage, and coffee programs
ServSafe certification is a major plus (or willingness to obtain)
