CTG is supporting a long‑standing Fortune 500 client, seeking an Injection Molding Technician. This position supports experimental and production molding activities in a manufacturing/R&D environment.

32 hours a week (4 days a week, 8:00am – 5:00pmish) Education:
High school diploma or Associate degree in manufacturing, plastics technology, or a related field preferred
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor injection molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment
Troubleshoot molding defects and equipment issues
Perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime
Document machine settings, experimental data, and maintenance activities
Adhere to all safety protocols
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 1 year (2–5 years preferred) injection molding experience
Hands‑on experience operating injection molding machines
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
Ability to adjust processes during experiments and production runs
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred
Machine setup and troubleshooting
Mold assembly experience
Injection molded optics experience
SolidWorks and technical report writing
