We’re looking for hardworking, reliable Team Members to join our production team! This is an entry‑level role where you'll help prepare, pack, and inspect our fresh food products. You’ll rotate through different tasks and play an important part in making sure our salads are packed safely, correctly, and with care.

Key Responsibilities: Work on the production line doing tasks like:

Packing salad bowls

Labeling boxes

Stacking and organizing finished products

Follow food safety and cleanliness rules (GMPs, HACCP, PPE, etc.)

Use tools properly and safely (e.g., scoops, box labelers, taping machine)

Work around moving machines and conveyor belts in a cold and wet environment (around 34°F)

Keep your work area clean and organized

Notify the quality team if anything seems off with the product

Learn and help with different tasks as needed (we’ll train you!)

Follow health, safety, and company procedures at all times

Minimum Qualifications: No experience needed – we provide training!

Able to read, write, and speak English, Spanish, French, Haitian Creole or Hindi

Comfortable doing repetitive tasks and working on your feet

Willing to work in a cold, wet, and fast‑paced environment

Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly

High school diploma or GED preferred

Physical Requirements:

Stand for long periods of time

Walk, bend, stoop, kneel, or climb stairs/ladders as needed

Work around loud equipment and moving parts

Work in cold temperatures (about 34°F) and sometimes outdoors

Physical Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, this position entails use of ladders and catwalks to reach production equipment, regularly works near moving mechanical parts and is regularly exposed to extreme cold for extended periods of time. The associate frequently works in high, precarious places. The associate is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
