Position Scope The Children’s Assistant advances Hope Point’s mission by supporting the Kids Director ministry needs.
Qualifications
A natural multi-tasker who manages and coordinates a myriad of logistical details.
A natural helper who has a heart to assist the different ministry leaders with the administrative aspects of their roles.
A great and patient love for the church and the many volunteers that this person interacts with.
A heart for Christ, his church, and especially those who serve our kids and students.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for the HP Kids Director and overall ministry needs
Assist with logistics, communication, volunteer recruiting, and scheduling
Prepare Sunday materials, including ProPresenter slides, volunteer copies, and printed curriculum
Manage administrative tasks and help with ministry planning
Support the Kids Director at special events, camps, baptisms, and other key gatherings
Help facilitate Sunday morning hallway coverage as needed
