Responsibilities
Supervise and implement water ski instruction for children of all ages and skill levels.
Maintain the safety of campers, students, and staff, ensuring the program is run safely and efficiently through detailed supervision and quality instruction.
Work Monday – Friday approximately 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM providing instruction and safety oversight.
Provide training on‑site at no cost to participants, including lifeguard certification as needed.
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid U.S. driver’s license (Indiana Boater’s License preferred).
Graduate of high school or equivalent; 1 year of college highly preferred.
Desire and ability to work with children/teenagers; demonstrate honesty, self-discipline, consideration, cooperation, and strong leadership skills at all times.
Efficient communicator and positive role model.
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude toward coworkers, campers/students, and parents.
Know and enforce Rules and Regulations, plus all Safety protocols and procedures.
Maintain professional boundaries with all campers/students and staff.
Consistently report to work on time in proper attire, including grooming.
Ability to accept supervision and guidance in the form of evaluations and feedback.
In good health, vitality, and physical stamina.
