Coax Splicer Trainee
for our
Hendersonville, NC
location, who is interested in starting a career in the growing communications industry.
No prior experience is necessary —we will train you! This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn a valuable trade, work in a hands‑on environment, and grow with a company that supports your development.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of coaxial cable systems
Work at heights, including on ladders or utility poles
Respond to emergency service calls when needed
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Operate company vehicles and equipment responsibly
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness and ability to travel regularly, including for emergency assignments
Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments
Able to pass a pre‑employment drug screening and background checkStrong work ethic and desire to learn a skilled trade
