We are currently seeking a PM Pastry Cook to join our culinary team and help us deliver exceptional culinary experience to our members and guests. As the Pastry Cook, you will report directly to our Pastry chef and will create and decorate pastry items for special events such as buffets, birthday parties, weddings, and more! In addition to creating delicious desserts behind the scene, the Pastry Cook will also work action stations where you get to interact with members/guests and showcase your creations!

Qualifications
Must have current AZ Food Handler’s Card
High school diploma required, Culinary degree required
Minimum 3 years of experience in a 4-5 star resort/luxury country club/fine dining setting required
Experience baking/decorating wedding cakes required
Schedule Sunday availability is a must, open availability is preferred
