Provide exceptional customer service and information to the public and MCC community.
Responsibilities and Duties
Serve as the primary phone contact for the Registrar's Office. Provide information to the public and MCC community concerning course registration, college policies, and day-to-day services provided by the Registrar's Office.
Utilize Banner to provide enrollment information.
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to voice mail inquiries daily.
Process incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail and correspondence.
File and retrieve documents as needed.
Assist with mailings and events for the enrollment management division.
Participate in departmental/division trainings and attend team meetings.
Focus on the Commonwealth's Equity Agenda by applying related best practices throughout all job functions.
All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Applicants must have a High School Diploma, HiSET or G.E.D.
Must have demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Word and Excel computer applications.
Preferred
Minimum of two years of full-time or equivalent part-time experience in an office setting preferred.
Preference will be given to multi-lingual candidates fluent in one or more of the following languages: Spanish, French, Portuguese, French Creole, or Cape Verdean Creole.

Hours:
18 Hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not to exceed 936 hours annually).
Salary:
$17.00 per hour
Worksite:
Assignments will include all Massasoit sites and additional locations as necessary.
