About The Role We are looking for Healthcare Assistants to join this client’s team of care staff at his family home in North Baddesley.
This client has a rare genetic condition and global development delay, as well as a visual impairment that has registered him blind.
Successful applicants will have experience in tracheostomies, sensory communication, and non-verbal communication tools.
Available shifts include:
Night shifts Monday to Sunday
You will ideally be able to commit to a minimum of 2 shifts per week, and will have the opportunity to meet and work alongside other clients supported by the company.
About The Role Unity Care Solutions provides complex clinical healthcare services to children and vulnerable adults within the comfort of their own homes.
You will work with a small number of our clients to provide dedicated and professional healthcare services.
Regular shifts of various lengths are available across the company Monday to Sunday, up to 12 hours in duration. You will be required to commit to regular work to support our clients to access consistent and high-quality care.

The client would particularly like to meet people who:
Have previous experience in tracheostomy and gastrostomy care
Share similar interests and hobbies
Be female
Have a full UK clean driving licence
Have strong communication skills to build a friendly rapport with the client and his family
To be successful, you will:
Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience of complex care
Be able to commit to the minimum availability of shifts
Hold the right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to offer VISA sponsorship.
