Rural & Agricultural Chaplain – Lincolnshire
Part-Time (0.5 FTE) • Ecumenical Appointment
An exciting opportunity to serve as Rural & Agricultural Chaplain across Greater Lincolnshire, strengthening the Christian presence among farming and rural communities through pastoral care, advocacy and visible faith.
We seek an
ordained minister
with a pastoral heart, empathy for rural life, and confidence engaging with people of all faiths. The role involves working with the
Lincolnshire Rural Support Network (LRSN)
and local churches, providing care and representing the rural voice in church and community life.
Terms
0.5 FTE
3-year renewable contract
Home-based with travel
Salary (pro rata national stipend)
Expenses reimbursed
Enhanced DBS required

The Diocese of Lincoln and the Lincolnshire Rural & Agricultural Chaplaincy would welcome candidates who might consider holding a dual role as House for Duty Oversight Minister for the Springline Group and as half time Agricultural Chaplain (employed by the Chaplaincy Trust).
