Ensure spray and/or necker machines operate at peak efficiency within quality specifications.
Essential Functions/Key Deliverables
Assist in operating spray and/or necker equipment while maintaining quality standards.
Perform daily maintenance and audits of machines and housekeeping according to the maintenance plan.
Perform and report technician-level repairs (basic technical repairs).
Troubleshoot faulty equipment and assemblies. Assist Spray/Necker Specialist with repairing defective parts.
Conduct routine quality checks at appropriate production stages.
Perform any other duties reasonably related to the role.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
Engineering or Technical Degree preferred.
Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
1-3 years’ experience as a Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
Self-motivated with high attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Experience in mechanical maintenance and repair preferred.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire prevention, and environmental regulations.
