Exemplifies the image of **“Aloha”** while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.The Rooms Controller is responsible for managing all
daily guest room assignments to ensure a smooth and efficient arrival experience.
This position works closely with Front Office leadership and
Housekeeping .
Responsibilities also include handling group and airline crew room blocks, answering back-office calls, and supporting Front Desk operations.Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service-oriented attitude and able to work well with others.
