Ballet Instructor

Footworks Dance Studio (Winter Garden, FL) is seeking an experienced Ballet Instructor to teach our award-winning Competitive Team program. We are looking for someone who is passionate about classical technique, clean lines, discipline, and dancer development.

Position Details:

Teach weekly ballet classes for competitive dancers ages 6–18

Ability to teach strong technique, placement, turnout, épaulement, musicality, and classical vocabulary

Must be reliable, positive, and professional

Experience with competitive dancers required

Must be available on Monday and Thursday evenings

Strong classical ballet background

Ability to train dancers for high-level competitive work—cleaning technique, strengthening foundations, refining artistry

Someone who values structure, consistency, and growth

A great communicator who works well with students, families, and staff
