You genuinely love and have experience of working with children, while confidently communicating with parents/guardians. For this position, a recognized childcare qualification/education is mandatory. You are a fun and vibrant personality, capable to lead sessions and work as part of an international team. Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure. You are fully conversational in English and one of the following: German, Dutch, French, Polish, Danish, Finnish or Swedish. ABOUT THE JOB
Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-12 which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments. Take part in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco. Ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines. You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents/guardians’ questions, resolving issues and adapting, if possible, to guests’ requirements From a workplace to a place to belong.
