Senior Administrative Assistant (Project Management)
JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the VP, Human Resources and Chief of Staff, theSenior Administrative Assistantprovides high-level administrative support to the CEOand Chief of Staff & VP of HR. This role ensures seamless operations for the executive team by managing complex calendars, coordinating leadership communications,working with the Chief of Staff toprepareBoard and strategic planning materials, and supporting company-wide initiatives, asrequested. TheSenior AdministrativeAssistantdemonstratesexceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability toanticipateneeds in a fast-paced environment.Thisis ahybrid rolewith a weekly onsite requirement at theRedwood Falls/Morton, MNlocation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Proactively manage and prioritize calendars for CEO, CFO, and Chief of Staff & VP of HR, coordinating with Granite Companiesas needed,for executive interviews and other important meetings and events.
Schedule executive meetings, andassistwith agenda preparation, presentation development, andlogistics.
Maintain and update the AMHI leadership availability and events calendar, as needed.
Serve as payroll backup, ensuring payroll is processed inaccurateandtimelymanner.
AssistChief of Staffwithmaterialcreation andpreparation,includingstrategic planning documents, business, people and financial reports,andpresentationfor Board meetings, All-EE Meetings, planning meetings, etc.
Assistwith execution and coordination of internal communicationsplan.
Assistwith or manageall-AMHI teamevent reservations and planning;periodicallyassistwith thesupportemployee programs (recognition, wellness, engagement).
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives.
Assistwith learning assignments, pathcreationand content management forDocebo, as time allows.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners tofacilitatepriorities and projects, at the request of the Chief of Staff
Support strategic initiatives, audits, and organizational events as assigned.
Maintain confidential files and records; ensureaccuratedocument control.
Maintain strict confidentiality anddemonstrateprofessionalismand sense of humor when collaborating.
