The Front Desk / Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining building security, and supporting daily operations of the condominium community in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Assist residents with general inquiries, service requests, and building information
Provide concierge-style assistance such as directions, recommendations, and package coordination (if applicable)
Monitor building access and ensure all visitors follow COA policies
Maintain visitor, vendor, and delivery logs
Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns to management or security
Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and intercom communications
Receive, log, and notify residents of packages, deliveries, and mail
Maintain accurate front desk logs, incident reports, and shift handover notes
Enforce COA rules and policies in a calm, respectful, and consistent manner
Verify vendor credentials and authorize access as approved
Communicate maintenance requests or emergencies to appropriate personnel
Coordinate elevator reservations, move‑ins/move‑outs (if applicable)
Full-Time Mon-Fri 11pm-7am
Pay Rate: $17.50
