Position Summary
Traveling (as needed) to local area accounts that do not have sufficient staff to fulfill the customers' needs. Essential Job Functions (including but not limited to)
General Cleaning Dusting Trash Removal Dust Mopping / Sweeping Damp Mopping Recycling and Breakdown of Materials Specific to Job Site Restroom Cleaning Damp mopping / disinfection of floors Dusting spot cleaning of partitions and vents Replenishing supplies such as toilet tissues, paper towels, etc Removal of trash Cleaning / disinfection of sinks, toilets, and urinals Cleaning of mirrors and fixtures Maintaining Janitor / Supply Closet Ensuring all necessary cleaning solutions and equipment is available Keeping equipment and supplies organized and ready for the next scheduled shift 1 year of janitorial experience preferred. Required Skills
Successful completion of on-the-job rules, safety training, general office cleaning, restroom cleaning, and bloodborne pathogen training where required. Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, push, pull, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, reach with hands and arms and talk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
