Position Summary You should have a work-study award to be considered for this position. This position will begin Spring 2026, and if job performance is satisfactory, can carry through to subsequent academic years.
The Language Learning Center is looking for technologically competent individuals with an eye for detail and excellent communication skills. The LLC supports the departments of Spanish and Portuguese, Languages, Cultures, & Literatures, and Linguistics, as well as other campus organizations (e.g., Latin American & Iberian Institute, Center for Teaching & Learning) by providing collaborative classroom spaces and resources for use by faculty and students.
This position will serve as front-line support for customer service related requests, including equipment circulation and space reservations, as well as troubleshooting and technical support questions.
Preferred Qualifications
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technical experience with Apple products
Customer service experience preferred
