Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
Provide direct instruction to students in a variety of subjects
Collaborate with general education teachers to modify curriculum and provide support for students with special needs
Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
Communicate regularly with parents and other members of the educational team to ensure student success
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Valid teaching license in Special Education, or the ability to obtain one
Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for helping students achieve academic and social success
