Lead Executive Locker Room Attendant
The Lead Executive Locker Room Attendant role at The Bay Club Company is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and enforcing rules for the Spa and PRO Club Men's Locker Room at a world‑class level. The associate works as a team member, supports operations, and adheres to Bay Club’s Actions We Live By.
Essential Job Functions
Maintain a show‑ready, clean and organized space at all times.
Conduct regular walkthroughs to exceed standards.
Lead by example in cleanliness and support associates in meeting task goals.
Partner with the Assistant Manager of Guest Services to coach and train staff.
Assist training new hires on all executive and spa locker room procedures.
Assist members with requests, scheduling, and exceptional guest experiences.
Support in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Provide ongoing support to the Assistant Manager in all men’s locker room operations.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Greets Executive members/guests by name where possible.
Accommodate and anticipate all executive members/guests’ requests expediently and courteously.
Handle complaints by acknowledging and informing supervisor or Assistant Manager.
Welcomes all members to the Men's Executive Locker Room and male guests to the Spa Locker Room.
Provides tours of space, amenities and assists with locker rentals.
Assist members in ordering food and beverage.
Monitor locker room for electronic devices and communicate policies.
Circulate through assigned areas picking up glass, dishware, trash, magazines and deposit towels, robes, slippers in laundry drop.
Assist with laundry duties.
Follow WA State guidelines for disinfecting and cleaning.
Empty trash/recycle receptacles as needed.
Notify Supervisor/Manager with all maintenance needs.
Perform extensive cleaning as required (detail list provided at training).
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience in housekeeping and hospitality is preferred.
Current state food handlers permit and alcohol service permit.
Experience in customer service.
Current CPR certification (Red Cross or American Heart Association).
Knowledge Required
English language proficiency.
Chemical products and proper usage.
Cleaning equipment and procedures.
Spot cleaning of carpet and upholstery.
Floor tile cleaning>
SPA, medical spa, and salon services, procedures and schedules.
Laundering procedures.
Menu items and food safety guidelines.
Sanitation and food handling safety guidelines.
Other club departments.
Skills Required

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements Regular duties require sitting, standing, use of hands and fingers, reaching, talking, hearing. Occasionally walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching. Must lift up to 50 pounds. Vision: close and distance vision. Noise level moderate.
