As an Entry Level Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production team throughout various projects, assisting in both pre‑production and on‑set activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the production team with all pre‑production tasks, including scheduling and script preparation.
Help set up production equipment and manage on‑set logistics during shoots.
Coordinate communication between crew members and departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Support the production team in researching locations, props, and talent for projects.
Maintain inventory of production supplies and equipment.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in film, communications, or a related field is preferred.
Strong interest in film and video production with a willingness to learn.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of production equipment and software is a plus.
