The Gymea Hotel is looking for an experienced and energetic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our fast-paced bar and bistro team. This busy role requires a highly efficient individual capable of delivering outstanding service across both our bar and dining areas.
You must be over 18 and hold current RSA / RCG certifications. Experience is preferred due to the high volume and speed of service, Good availability also required to cover a mix of shifts across days, nights, weekends and public holidays! A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:
Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
What do we need from you About you:
You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
You must have a current RSA/ RCG certificate and flexible availability.
Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
