Position Purpose This is an entry‑level position responsible for providing a supportive environment for clients. Responsibilities include person‑centered engagement and interventions, medication administration, and general program oversight and safety.
Schedule Mornings – Full‑time and part‑time available.
Location Anchor House – 1593 Hewitt Ave, St. Paul.
Pay Range $22.00/hr – $24.00/hr. $2/hr shift differential for Monday‑Friday evening shift only.
Main Job Duties
Document interactions with clients into the organization’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) and, if applicable, program‑specific documentation systems.
Prepare, serve, and clear client/program meals in accordance with program scheduling, sanitation, nutrition, and safety standards.
Administer medication in accordance with organization and program policies and procedures.
Maintain daily housekeeping and general cleanliness of client homes, programs, and workstations, conducting regular room checks throughout the facility.
Support individuals in mental health management by identifying coping skills, practicing coping skills, and exploring alternative methods.
