Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Carefully remove dried cannabis flowers from stalks in dry rooms (buck).
Refine machine‑trimmed product to meet quality standards for sale (trim).
Maintain a minimum trimming rate of 7 pounds per 8‑hour shift.
Ensure trimmed product meets visual and structural standards (quality control).
Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the day (sanitation).
Collaborate with fellow trimmers and supervisors to meet daily goals (teamwork).
Qualifications
Must pass a background check in accordance with Michigan cannabis regulations.
Able to work in cold, hot, and humid environments for extended periods.
Must bring and store non‑slip work shoes on‑site.
Strong attention to detail and hand‑eye coordination.
Ability to sit or stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Positive attitude and reliability are a must.
