Job Description Summary Inside Sales Representative: equipment rental specialist responsible for supporting telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment. This role is the company’s front‑line contact with customers to understand their equipment needs, negotiate and place orders, and deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude at all times.
Responsibilities
Provide inside sales support for telephone and walk‑in customers with rental of all types of construction/industrial equipment.
Understand customer equipment needs, negotiate and place orders.
Maintain strong administrative skills and deliver customer satisfaction at all times.
Qualifications and Experience
High School diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools and equipment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Previous equipment rental industry experience.
Strong customer service and telephone skills.
Solid computer and administrative skills.
Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.
Physical Demands The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.
Salary Base Pay Range: $19.91 – $23.64 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on location, education, training, and experience. Please visit
