Our client, one of the leading healthcare companies, is currently seeking experienced Switchboard Operators for their Cincinnati/Mason, OH office.

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
The Switchboard Operator is responsible for receiving calls on the client’s 1‑800 telephone lines and responding to inquiries and requests for assistance.
Responsibilities
Identify problems, troubleshoot, and provide advice to assist callers.
Understand WellPoint structure and direct calls to the appropriate area.
Qualifications Requires a high school diploma, three or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient analytical, communication, and vocational skills are required. Basic keyboard proficiency and familiarity with basic PC office software are also required.
