1/10 Mulchfest: Brook Park Street Tree Care
Come work with NYC Parks Stewardship to care for local street trees! Volunteers will learn how to aerate, cultivate, mulch, and identify street trees. They will also learn about the important roles street trees play in New York City.
Population Served: Families, Immigrants, Refugees or Ethnic Groups, LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender), Low‑income communities, Offenders/Ex‑offenders, People with Disabilities, Visitors & Travelers.
Requirements Age Minimum (with Adult): 7+ , Minimum Age: 18+.
