We are looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant to be the first friendly face our patients see. In this role, you aren’t just handling paperwork—you are the engine that keeps our practice running smoothly. From scheduling and organization to essential administrative support, you will play a key part in advancing our company goals and ensuring every patient feels cared for from the moment they walk through our door.

Schedule: M/W/F (8 AM – 6 PM)

Tue (8 AM – 1 PM)

alternating Saturdays (9 AM – 12:30 PM)

Responsibilities:

Request and collect appropriate identification and documents from patients.

Verify proper completion of forms.

Perform necessary functions in Chiro-touch (create an account, post-payment, scheduling, make notes, etc.)

Control the waiting room, attend to patient needs, and ensure the office runs on time.

Maintain organized files on all patients.

Abide by HIPAA laws regarding the sharing of personal medical information.

Attend to email correspondence.

Answer the phones and address all patient questions and concerns.

Keep the office clean and presentable, doing spot cleaning throughout the day and thorough cleaning at the end of each business day.

Be proficient in documenting patient information in a software system.

Maintain referral spreadsheet in Excel.

Attend monthly and quarterly office meetings in addition to annual events.

Open to cross-training in other areas of the company.

The above responsibilities are not limited and may include other tasks as deemed necessary for the efficient operation of the core functions of Goldson Spine Rehabilitation Center.

Skills & Abilities:

Good written and verbal communication skills in English, and the ability to communicate to a diverse range of people clearly and effectively.

Good use of a computer, printer, fax, scanner, and copier machines.

Ability to work in and contribute to the team.

Ability to provide excellent customer service.

Ability to multitask while still paying attention to the details.

Good time management skills.

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma

Compensation: $16 and up
