as a CDL A Night Delivery Driver in

Elsmere, KY .

You’ll operate state‑of‑the‑art trucks and the latest loading equipment to deliver products to multiple Chick‑fil‑A® restaurants safely and on time.

Responsibilities

Make safe, timely deliveries within established restaurant windows.

Unload and stage product at 4‑6 restaurants per shift.

Complete all pick‑ups, returns, and paperwork.

Assist in unloading the truck and storing equipment at the distribution center.

Maintain vehicle cleanliness, report maintenance issues, and keep vehicle records current.

Operate within hours‑of‑service limits and adhere to ELD and CSA requirements.

Follow pre‑ and post‑trip inspection procedures, DVIR reporting, and food‑transport safety protocols.

Communicate professionally with restaurant operators and team leaders, and participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Support additional duties and growth opportunities as needed.

Schedule

Sunday through Friday, start times 6pm–10pm; work ends when the job is done.

Two consecutive nights off per week and Saturday off.

Typical hours 40–45+ per week, depending on routes.

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed minimum 40‑hour pay: $80,000–$95,000 per year based on experience.

Overtime pay for hours over 40 per week.

Additional $22,000+ in benefits per year, including:

Equipment

Kenworth T680 tractor with GPS and side‑view cameras.

48‑inch Great Dane trailer with electric side lift gates.

Mobile devices (Samsara) for routing and ELD charging.

Onsite maintenance crew keeps the fleet running smoothly.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

1+ year tractor/trailer experience.

Class A CDL valid in the state of residence.

Meet all DOT and company safety requirements (MVR, medical, background, drug test).

No preventable DOT‑recordable accidents in the past 3 years.

Stay within 60 miles of the distribution center.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior food‑service (key drop) delivery experience.

Strong customer‑service orientation, teamwork, and a record of efficient deliveries.

Ability to work in extreme temperatures (–10 °F to 100 °F) and lift up to 65 lbs, occasionally using mechanical assistance up to 2,000 lbs.

English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
