Pay starts at $22.36/hour plus $2 shift differential totaling $24.36/hour

What You’ll Do As an Automation Technician you’ll be part of our manufacturing engineering located in Hesston, KS. You’ll get to:
Program new weld jobs on robotic weld cells (≈10%)
Make program adjustments to automated fabrication equipment (≈15%)
Develop maintenance programs and perform or oversee preventative maintenance schedules (≈15%)
Troubleshoot problems with programs/equipment; work closely with maintenance and equipment vendors as needed (≈15%)
Monitor for corrective action and reduce downtime impacts (≈10%)
Perform data‑driven projects and other duties as directed by Supervisor; may require leadership in project management (≈15%)
Monitor machine efficiencies weekly (≈10%)
Nesting jobs for lasers and programming for press brakes
Commit to safety
Identify problems and review related information to develop and implement solutions
Handle multiple priorities
Read and understand manufacturing drawings, including weld callouts and quality requirements
