At Applebee’s you will enjoy a balanced work‑life environment and the chance to grow within the company. As a Host/Server Assistant you greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile, assist servers with exceptional service, and maintain overall guest flow in the restaurant.
You must be at least 17 years old, communicate effectively, and be committed to making a positive impact.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive wages: minimum wage up to $20 /hour, plus tip‑out.
Daily Pay (not available in California).

Paid sick leave.
Physical Standards
Remain stationary and move appropriately for up to 4 hours.
Safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining‑room staff.
Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen.
Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks, and use disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.
Wash hands with disinfecting soap frequently.
