Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Replenish kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed for seamless service. Properly label and date all products to ensure freshness and sanitation. Demonstrate thorough menu knowledge and maintain precision in plate presentation. Support kitchen leadership and team members in executing service. Master the preparation and understanding of base sauces, stocks, and soups. Collaborate with the team to assist with guest needs and inquiries. Qualifications
Skilled in knife handling and familiar with standard kitchen equipment and tools. Proficient in weights, measurements, and a variety of cooking techniques. Well‑versed in health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively. At least 2+ years of prior experience working in a cook/kitchen position (preferred). Experience working in a similar resort environment (preferred). High school diploma, GED or equivalent. At least 21 years old. Willing to work various shifts, including weekends. Benefits
