Description
As a Production Team Member, you will:
Work in a modern production space with cutting edge equipment and amenities
Set up molds, assemble rebar cages, pour and finish concrete, maintaining a safe environment
Operate a range of hand and power tools, and measuring devices
Operate mobile equipment and cranes
Work around suspended loads and high-tension strand
Access scaffold and other elevated work platforms
Take on general laborer duties and special projects as needed
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills are critical
Position is considered Safety Sensitive: Work is performed in an industrial environment with large equipment and suspended loads.

This is a full time Hourly role has a pay range of - $22.51-$31.02/ Hour plus excellent benefits.
Minimum Qualifications
Preferences:
Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Previous construction or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to read and understand a tape measure
Knowledge and ability to operate basic tools
Ability to understand and apply basic math skills
Physical Requirements
Lifting may be required with assistance provided if needed
Frequent standing, climbing and reaching is required
Must wear personal protective equipment
