Restaurant Host – Hollywood Casino at Greektown
Join the team as a Restaurant Host, responsible for seating guests promptly, providing friendly service, and ensuring an efficient flow of guests to restaurant and lounge servers.
Responsibilities
Greet and seat all restaurant guests.
Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
Ensure guests in each area are properly attended.
Assist guests and direct them to tables.
Handle initial complaints and inform manager on duty.
Ensure a safe environment for fellow team members and guests.
Remain up-to-date on casino events and hours of operation.
Utilize proper procedures and documentation for transactions.
Attend scheduled meetings.
Complete other job‑related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with staff.
Read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
Perform basic math.
