Pay rate: $16.50 / hour – Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it. Job Description As a Front Desk Agent, you are an ambassador of hospitality, ensuring that every guest’s journey begins and ends with a positive and memorable impression of our resort. As a Front Desk Agent, you will:
Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests
Issue room key and escort instructions to Bell Staff
Date stamp, sort, and rack incoming mail and message
Transmit and receive telephone messages
Answer inquiries about hotel services, guest registration, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions
Keep records of room availability and guests’ accounts
Compute bills, collect payments, and make changes for guests
Create and confirm reservations
Post charges, such as room, food, liquor, or telephone, to the ledger
Make restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations and arrange tours
Nightly bucket checks
Able to listen and find solutions to guests’ problem

Available to work: 6pm – 2am and 11pm – 7am.
Excellent customer service skills
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 15lbs
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
