More About Your Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Fitness Instructor at Places Leisure, where you will work in a fun, lively environment with likeminded people. You will help inspire others to work together and deliver their very best. With your previous experience in the fitness industry, you will be full of enthusiasm and love talking with people while motivating others, and feel confident in giving suitable health and fitness advice that will match each customer\u2019s individual aspirations and goals.
All our Fitness Instructors should hold a minimum of CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2; it would be ideal if you hold CIMSPA Practitioner/Reps Level 3. If you are a motivated and driven individual, we offer continuous learning and development opportunities and support you in achieving this qualification.
In this role we offer ongoing training and development, including support with your CIMSPA Practitioner / Reps Level 3 Qualification and enhancing customer service skills.
More About You
Always put the customers\u2019 needs at the forefront and build personable, meaningful relationships.
Maintain an interest in continuous personal development and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
Carry out initial inductions and ensure customers use equipment safely and correctly.
Comfortable working with customers of all abilities, setting and monitoring programmes as appropriate.
Work with individuals running Personal Training and small group sessions; offer Personal Training sessions as an additional service and grow new PT clients.
Work as a team to keep facilities clean and safe, adhering to regulations and company procedures.
