Work Schedule 3 days per week, Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
Pay USD 14.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities
Drive vehicles through Auction lanes on sale day in a safe manner.
Transport vehicles to and from designated areas on the Auction premises and to customer dealerships and businesses, while observing Auction driving rules, state traffic laws, and demonstrating courtesy and defensive driving principles.
Line up and park vehicles in the correct order as directed by the supervisor or team leader, move vehicles as necessary, and locate "lost" vehicles.
Assist with vehicle maintenance as needed: inflate tires, jump‑start using a battery box and air tank, and notify the supervisor when a vehicle is inoperative or out of gas.
Assist customers (dealers, account representatives, rental agencies, etc.) and coworkers as required.
Demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling related behaviors.
Participate in safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods, walk long distances, stand, reach, talk, and hear.
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, and climb as required.
Ability to lift 1–15 pounds.
Vision requirements: close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous auction experience.
Experience driving vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
Work Environment Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions and moderate noise level.
Compensation Hourly pay rate of USD 14.00. Position may be eligible for additional compensation, including commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or incentive programs.
