Responsibilities
Cook menu items assigned to station
Be mindful of special requests and dietary restrictions
Ensure dishes meet quality standards and adhere to recipes
Assist sous chefs and head chef in the kitchen
Dispose spoiled food and other waste material
Maintain cleanliness and ensure that the kitchen is compliant with health and safety regulations
Report any issues with kitchen equipment to management
Qualifications
Have an excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
Execute assigned tasks with precision and speed in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Have effective communication skills
Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment
Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
