Support the development of a positive customer service culture in the dining room under the direction of the Dining Room Manager or Director of Culinary Services. Evaluate the quality of service and develop systems to maximize the efficiency of meal delivery while maintaining a pleasant dining experience.
Job Title
Wait Staff Takes beverage and food orders; delivers food; clears, cleans, sanitizes, and resets tables to maintain customer satisfaction. Resolves dining challenges with a customer before the conclusion of the meal service. Maintains a clean dining room, including all equipment, walls, table tops, bases, and chairs. Changes linens as needed. Keeps table-top condiments and salt/pepper shakers clean. Washes and sanitizes dishware as required. Ensures employees work safely and manages unsafe actions. Compliant with Safety Committee Standards. Fosters teamwork with co-workers, shows initiative in overcoming obstacles, assists others beyond job responsibilities, and has a positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors. Performs other duties as assigned or needed. Location: St. Petersburg, FL Salary: $13.00-$16.00 per hour Seniority level
