Assembly Worker

Job Description This role involves assembling components by following standardized work instructions and detailed top-level and sub-level drawings, as well as testing electronic and mechanical assemblies that require precision and strong hand‑eye coordination. You will read and interpret manufacturing drawings, SOPs, and OMS documents, maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with 5S principles, and consistently demonstrate a mindset of continuous improvement. Daily tasks include adhering to safety protocols, using microscopes for detailed work, and handling small hand tools effectively, while applying job skills in compliance with company policies and procedures. A minimum of one year of relevant experience in assembly or manufacturing is required.

Required Skills and Experience

Experience with component level electrical assembly

Electronic testing

Ability to read and comprehend manufacturing drawings and S.O.Ps./ OMS

Demonstrate a mindset of continuous improvement in all duties.

Experience using microscopes.

Experience with small hand tools.
