Overview
FOX is seeking a top‑caliber Fitness Specialist to join our growing team in the Waterloo, IN area. The position is about 15 hours weekly across three of our senior living communities with potential for growth. Responsibilities
1:1 sessions and small group workouts. Schedule classes: Monday – 1 p.m.; Tuesday – 10:30 a.m.; Wednesday – 10 a.m.; Friday – 10 a.m. Provide patient continuity by prescribing exercise programs to maintain functional levels after discharge from rehabilitation services. Receive significant support through leadership, clinical education, and an assigned Program Manager. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or Exercise Physiology. Certified Personal Trainer through a nationally recognized and accredited organization preferred (e.g., ACSM, NSCA, NASM, ACE, ISSA). Prior experience as a fitness trainer with willingness to become a Certified Personal Trainer. Routine travel to patient residences and between senior living communities; expand territory as needed. CPR Certification. Previous experience working with older adults in a proactive and wellness setting preferred. Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office. Contact
