Digital Finishing Operator – 1st Shift M‑F, 6:00AM‑2:00PM, $19.00 an hour. Printing Press Operator – 3rd Shift Sun‑Thurs., 10:00PM‑6:00AM, $21.00‑$26.00/hr + $1.25 Shift Differential (Based on Experience). Build Your Career with an Industry Leader

Adhere to all plant and corporate safety rules, procedures, and guidelines. Report all safety concerns or issues to immediate supervisor. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by completing daily housekeeping assignments. Complete make‑ready in accordance with the Job Ticket and Product Specification documents to ensure correct print cylinders, inks, substrates, tooling, and anilox rollers are used. Complete all required quality checks related to product specifications, visual, and functional checks. Complete all press‑side quality checks. Operate press to produce product in accordance with customer specifications while maintaining quality, waste, and press efficiency. Maintain consistent quality during the production run. Critical quality checks include copy, color, registration, and ink adhesion. Ensure conformance to all other quality checks. Complete all related procedures, work instructions, and quality measurements as outlined in the BRC standard. Complete press make‑ready’s efficiently. Complete all required equipment maintenance duties. Clean plate, cylinder, and ink pans, and lubricate press as needed. Input all required information into the GlobeTek system for material usage and time in an accurate and prompt manner. Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. 1+ years as a printing press operator experience and/or training. Experience with Mark Andy P5s strongly preferred. Experience operating a digital press and/or minimum 2 years web and/or offset experience, required. Physical demands require standing, using hands to feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds. Why Work at MCC:
