As the first point of contact, the Receptionist - Clinic Float serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. The role provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities, including answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate employees, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies, and additional clerical duties.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
For positions designated as float positions, travel to or between clinics is required
Preferred:
Prior receptionist or customer‑facing experience
