Responsibilities
Lead group and independent activities for the resident population.
Assist in planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs in accordance with residents’ assessments and care plans.
Qualifications – Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to plan and lead group activities.
Ability to multi‑task and tailor activities to individual needs.
Qualifications – Nice to Have
Experience in a skilled nursing environment or working with the elderly population.
Experience in activity programming.
Experience with dementia care or in long‑term care settings.
