Responsibilities
Provide personalized care as the primary caregiver for boarding and daycare pets, ensuring appropriate food, exercise, and attention. Act as the eyes and ears of animal health—monitor behaviors and habits, promptly notifying the medical team of any unusual health concerns. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the entire resort, including kennel areas, runs, and outside grounds. Ensure operational excellence by managing inventory for food and cleaning supplies and collaborating with the team to keep all tasks completed efficiently. Qualifications
Genuine love for animals and a commitment to their welfare. Reliable and hardworking nature, able to manage tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication skills, good judgment, and composure under stress. Physical capacity to lift up to 50+ lbs and perform duties in a physically active role. Preferred: Prior experience as a kennel assistant. Flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays. Benefits & Support
