What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn the HVAC trade.Our training will introduce you to the HVAC field and provide you with hands‑on experience both in our training lab and in the field with skilled technicians to complete your training.
Our HVAC Install Helper training will teach candidates how to:
Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
Learn basic electricity as it pertains to HVAC units
Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing
Install sheet metal and flex duct systems inhomes
Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment
Qualifications:
Strong decision‑making abilities
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
Team player
Company policy states that all candidates must be 21 or older and have a valid driver's license
Training:
F.H. Furr will provideallthe trainingrequiredfor this position
Compensation:
Paid weekly
