About the location The Beverly Wilshire is located at the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, a prime destination for celebrities, royalty, and elite travelers.
Job Description The Barback works harmoniously with bartenders and other staff to maintain bar stocks, cleanliness, and guest service. Key duties include restocking liquor, ice, garnishes, and service items, assisting with inventory, collecting empty glassware, and ensuring a pristine bar environment.
Responsibilities
Clear, clean, and set‑up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner.
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Stock side stations with linens, china, glass, silver, and paper goods; fill requisitions for beer, liquor, soda, fruit juices, garnishes, and ice for bartenders.
Breakdown, clean, and set‑up side stations and back‑of‑house areas.
Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.
Job Functions
Continuous standing for up to 8 hours a day.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Flexible schedule; must work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
