About the Position Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk at Valley Tree Care, a family owned and operated tree care company.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with data entry.
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
Organized, professional, task‑oriented, detail‑oriented, reliable, self‑driven with a strong work ethic.
Clear and effective communication with customers.
Responsibilities
Daily reporting and data entry from sales and fulfillment route sheets into CRM.
Assist sales department with invoice building.
Send invoices and take payments from customers.
Accounts Receivable: call to collect past‑due balances.
Restock and order items or run errands for the office.
Pickup mail from the post office.
Scan applicable mail to Google Drive and distribute as needed.
Check department email and respond to customers accordingly.
Run reports and reconcile between different software systems.
Onboard and offboard employees into various systems.
