Candlewood Suites Dallas NW- Famers Branch . Candlewood Suites in Farmers Branch, TX is searching for Part Time/Full Time Front Desk Agents. We are located off Highway 635 W and Luna Road and operate as a limited‑service Extended Stay hotel. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible while achieving team and brand goals. Handle check‑ins and check‑outs in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner. Establish and maintain good communication and teamwork with fellow employees and other departments within the hotel. Accurately process all cash and credit‑card transactions in accordance with established procedures, including posting all charges, completing cashier and other reports, preparing deposits, and counting/securing assigned bank. Requirements
Excellent communication skills – guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you must be easy to talk to. Flexibility – night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job. Strong problem‑solving skills to turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories. Experience – ideally, you have spent at least one year in a front desk or guest‑service position; preference for Opera PMS knowledge. Ability to work well in stressful, high‑pressure situations.
